Unfortunately, having an appointment doesn't seem to mean much. The first time I experienced this, I waited a day. Most recently, I waited two days past my appointment just for my car to be looked at. I ende much. The first time I experienced this, I waited a day. Most recently, I waited two days past my appointment just for my car to be looked at. I ended up not being able to have anything done because I needed my car back. I'm giving them a 2 because when I have had my car serviced here I have always been happy with the results. I also think everyone has been nice and helpful. Just wish that the appointment estimates were more accurate. More
This related to the collision department—dropped off car for repairs July 22. Expected it to becompleted by. August 4. It had not even been started. Pick up was a week later August 10. I had a terrible experience and will never use Feldman again. I’ve purchased 4 vehicles from them and I was treated awful. My vehicle is still not fixed right . I overslept and was late for appointment. Feldman still accommodated me. The service representative, Deborah Springer, met all my needs and was so friendly a real pleasure to be around.
