Feldman in New Hudson service was exceptional. I had a morning appointment, when I arrived I was greeted and service. My appointment was no longer than an hour and a half. In and out service! Work was done on time, appears a good job was done and was in line with the insurance estimate. What you'd expect from a dealer with nothing special about the service work. The cashier/office personnel was in line with the insurance estimate. What you'd expect from a dealer with nothing special about the service work. The cashier/office personnel that greeted me and processed the transaction was unfriendly and rude and seemed really to not enjoy her job assisting paying customers. More
