I was very impressed with all the staff I encountered during my vehicle's oil change. They were friendly and courteous. They all did a little extra to make the customer feel special and wanted. The service representative called me and told me that it looks like the timing chain and gear was the problem, we told him that it was just done in August and that it was under warranty and to go ahead furt looks like the timing chain and gear was the problem, we told him that it was just done in August and that it was under warranty and to go ahead further verify that it was the problem. Called us again and told us that the guide came loose and recommended to replace the timing chain and gear. We said go ahead cause the timing chain and gear were under warranty through Moran Chevrolet he then proceeds to tell us that they don't honer other dealer's warranty. We reminded him that we authorized the tear down because of the warranty. He said let me call you back in a bit. He called and ask if we had the receipt. We said yes we do and we would bring him a copy. He then said again he would call us back in a few minutes. He called us again and said you will be real happy because it was going to be relatively cheap at a cost of a lot little more than $200. We said go ahead with the repair. He called not 5 minutes later and said he misunderstood the mechanic and that the cost was going to be a little over $500. Reluctantly we said go ahead with the repair. I feel that the service representative is in need of more training. He was very pleasant in every conversation. More

Two weeks after this oil change, my SUV is in your service area having the engine looked at. I leased it new and only have 10,000 miles on it. I'm in dialysis three days a week, and need my vehicle. She walked me through the whole process and had mud flaps and running boards put on for me. Every one involved was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
