Purchased 4 oil changes for $200. After 2 I traded in my truck for a new one. I made sure I told my salesman about it. We were not happy at all with the lack of communication. After 2-3 weeks went by, we started to call for updates but mostly we had to leave a message as they didn't answer the phone. When we did speak they never had any answers for us and said they would call us back, but that rarely happened.. Days would go by without hearing back from them, even when they said the car would be ready very soon. The workmanship I would rate as fair. For the amount of time they had the car, they should have been able to take care of the flaws in the paint before delivery. Now we have to make another appointment and be prepared to leave the car for another 3 days. This is something that we should be able to wait for to get done. Gas is expensive and so is our time. At the time of delivery my wife was able to get in the car and go while i paid the delectable. They didn't give us the set of keys they used while repairing the car, and then said it was my fault that I left without taking our keys. We had to make another trip back to get our keys. I know they were busy, but this was really bad! More

I would recommend this service center for all Hyundai owners, after my car accident they did great work.
