Car took 8 weeks to work on. I was the one that had always call and inquire about my vehicle. It took me to call my adjuster to get people to call me. I finally called Tuesday and Paul answered said he would get right back. Three hours later I went down to Feldman and seen my car in the back. Outside was done. So I went into the office and spoke with Paul and asked for my car. He told me that it needed detail and that usually took 2 to 3 days. I said jut give me my car. It was absolutely trashed inside. But you had no problem taking my 1,000.00 deductible. If anything you owe me money I will never buy from you again. I will also tell about my experience with Feldman. Very sad we have 3 cars in the last 3 years from you. More
