Car took 8 weeks to work on. I was the one that had always call and inquire about my vehicle. It took me to call my adjuster to get people to call me. Fast forward Mike said my car would be ready the latest April 8th. Went to paint on Tuesday and would be for sure ready by Friday. Friday and went with no call or explanation. I finally called Tuesday and Paul answered said he would get right back. Three hours later I went down to Feldman and seen my car in the back. Outside was done. So I went into the office and spoke with Paul and asked for my car. He told me that it needed detail and that usually took 2 to 3 days. I said jut give me my car. It was absolutely trashed inside. But you had no problem taking my 1,000.00 deductible. If anything you owe me money I will never buy from you again. I will also tell about my experience with Feldman. Very sad we have 3 cars in the last 3 years from you. More
