Peter went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was fixed and returned to me in a reasonable time frame. I had a major failure issue and the service team was able to diagnose the problem and fix th fixed and returned to me in a reasonable time frame. I had a major failure issue and the service team was able to diagnose the problem and fix the issue within 72 hours of getting my vehicle. There was a concern that it could have been up to a week and half for the repair to be completed. (Based on shortage of parts) My only complaint would be that they don’t towel dry vehicles after washing them. Even if a client comes in for an oil change and gets a wash, the client should always be treated as a new buyer. (IE you wouldn’t sell a vehicle with water marks and streaks, so why give it back to a client in that manner?) More

The issue in the car I leased was right from day 1. When I came to showroom I had asked about the camera and I was told that the camera is fully working if we reset the car. After using it for 20 days When I came to showroom I had asked about the camera and I was told that the camera is fully working if we reset the car. After using it for 20 days I realized that it’s a real issue. It took 1 month to get appointment with loaner and now the issue is still not resolved and there is no guarantee of when the dealer will receive the camera module and when they will fix the issue. On top of it when I told the service person Joe that I was given a car with already had faulty backup camera, he says it’s your personal opinion. It not my opinion it’s a fact. I feel stuck with the car. :( More
