The work they did was sufficient, it was everything around the work that wasn't. To start it took me two visits to get the part ordered and a third time asking if the part was in...only for a 15 min de around the work that wasn't. Then, come to find out it was ordered but not in my name. I was told that the work would need one full day so it would be best to bring it in early in order to take it home that night. We scheduled a time, I had the car there as expected. 5:40 that evening I had not heard anything so I sent a text, but no response so I got a ride to the dealership, where I was greeted with 'I wish you would have called first'. Which was funny because that's what I should have said first. I was told that they were very short staffed but was promised that they would start working on it first thing in the morning. At 1:30 the following day I sent another text asking for an ETA and mentioning that I NEED the car by 2:30. A phone call came in but I missed it, I called back immediately and left 2 voicemails then sent another text asking for another call back and stating that I'm guessing this means the car won't be done by 2:30. No text messages were returned and no more phone calls came until 2:40 when I was told the car would be done in about 30 min and I could head up there. I was at an appointment and arrived about an hour later...the car wasn't quite ready. I was told that I didn't have to sign anything and was just handed the keys and the direction of where my car was located. More

Nightmare. While doing body work they thought something was wrong with the front light. This a 3 year old, 30,000mile equinox. So we replaced bulb, $450. We got the car back and that week engine light came was wrong with the front light. This a 3 year old, 30,000mile equinox. So we replaced bulb, $450. We got the car back and that week engine light came on. They said it was the harnessing, and the shutter was stuck. This is why the bulb wasn’t working. Kevin the assistant manager refused to give us a refund on bulb. It took 5 hours to diagnose the harnessing so, $1200 more. A week later the engine light is back on. Also we saw the manager and he moved quickly out the back door before we could talk to him. Just unbelievable and dishonest. Still need to figure out why the engine light is on again. More
Son's truck undrivable at college, had it towed to Feldman New Hudson. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 2 days.
