Deborah was great, I would give her a 5. And the service work itself appears to be fine. My issue is that the work cost more than $600 and I was not given a good explanation of what was done and the parts work itself appears to be fine. My issue is that the work cost more than $600 and I was not given a good explanation of what was done and the parts that were replaced were not returned to me, Deborah was at lunch when I picked up the vehicle, I asked the gentleman who helped me if I someone could show me what was done and he said no, he indicated that it was where it could not be seen. I get the impression from information on the internet for the parts on the invoice that this is not true. My impression of this Service Center is soured by brake replacement on another of our vehicles. I had to bring it back multiple times before they were able to get them to stop making a lot of noise. Service received was OK, as expected. What I was confused abut was why my seat had been totally moved, not just moved back as I expected but height also.
