Took my car in to get repaired because I was told it needed a tie rod and ball joint on the front passenger side but when I picked it up I was told it didn’t need the ball joint but yet in the same brea needed a tie rod and ball joint on the front passenger side but when I picked it up I was told it didn’t need the ball joint but yet in the same breath I was told it was going to need a ball joint and I was still charged the same price and the labor was less work and my car is still making the same noise. When I came home I had a neighbor look under my car and take pictures and no where does it show that anything was replaced. I had sent an email to two different General Managers and did not get any response from either of them I even sent pictures showing nothing was done I am also taking it to another mechanic to tell me if they have been repaired I Want A Refund but nobody will look into this situation so my advice is to either stand there and watch them do the work or find another place to take ur car to, do not trust this place to do any repairs correctly I was charged the same estimated amount without them doing the work. I am angry that I can’t even get a response, Ron wouldn’t even give me the service managers name or number said he will forward the email I sent him but he didn’t forward anything. I Do Not Recommend Taking Ur Car Here. If u can find another place that u can trust to do the work that u were told that needed to be done and that will charge u for only the work they do and not for work that wasn’t done I recommend taking ur car to a trusted place and not the dealership More
The last two times we've had our oil changed, and they've done the tire rotation. We've come home with one of our hubcaps hanging off. Barely hooked on.
