I initially called the dealer that I purchased my Malibu from for a recall. The answering machine said I would get a call back. I waited 2 hours and then called Feldman where I was transferred to the servic from for a recall. The answering machine said I would get a call back. I waited 2 hours and then called Feldman where I was transferred to the service dept and quickly scheduled for 8:00 the next morning. I dropped the car off at 6:00 pm the night before and was able to drive right in sign a paper and was out of there in about 5 minutes. The next afternoon, I received a text telling me my car was completed. I picked it up at 5:00 signed a piece of paper and was on my way. Every interaction there was pleasant and professional.
