The dealership should determine when they will be able to follow through with General Motors on the recall of our Bolt EV and inform us when they will be able to fix our vehicle, rather than taking a hands-o follow through with General Motors on the recall of our Bolt EV and inform us when they will be able to fix our vehicle, rather than taking a hands-off approach and leaving it up to the customer to work directly with General Motors. As it is, we have to leave our Bolt EV parked outside even during the upcoming winter season and, following the charging guidelines, the vehicle has a range of about only 130 miles. We have received no indication of when our vehicle will be fixed, whether one month, one year, or longer. More
