I feel that my money was wasted. I did not get the I feel that my money was wasted. I did not get the quality of detailing that I expected for $200, which was the car looking so clean that it would I feel that my money was wasted. Water did not touch the back seats for sure. There was still dust in the vents, and steering wheel, the stain on the ceiling of the cabin still had a stain, which was also not touched, dirt around the gear shifter, and other things. Feldman Hyundai of New Hudson was paid 100% for service and delivered only a half-job. Should I be happy about that? Satisfied? When I was told by an employee, "I don't know what you were expecting, but I think it looks great", it made me feel that they all were indifferent to it. It was a terrible experience for me and I will never return there for any other service. I should have gotten more than a 25% refund for partial service. More

Came in for air bag recall, oil change with 27 point inspection. Got no inspection report and "service air bag" warning was still on. Was told it was not part of the recall but should have been part of inspection. Got no inspection report and "service air bag" warning was still on. Check engine light has been on/off for 2 years, multiple trips for service and problem keeps recurring. In Oct they had vehicle for 10 days, 2 weeks later light was on again. November back for service for 1 trips for service and problem keeps recurring. In Oct they had vehicle for 10 days, 2 weeks later light was on again. November back for service for 10 days, still not fixed. Meantime had to rent a car and waiting on reimbursement, so out over $400 until GM reimburses me $40/day. Unacceptable and won't be buying or leasing GM again. More
