I have purchased (2) vehicles there and won't be back. The service department is absolutely shameful. We purchased a "certified" used car and it had extreme road noise that needed fixed. We waited over a week for tires to arrive to rectify this issue. They did not fix it as they only put 2 tires on it and clearly never checked it afterwords. We made another appointment to get it repaired again (2 weeks out). when my daughter took the car in for service we were told it could take up to 5 days to get looked at . Not only is that shameful after making an appointment I personally went in to talk to the service manager and was told they were taking in vehicles from other dealerships to work on. So I am left to assume that our business is not important to the dealership. Not only will I shop for another dealership for service I will never purchase at your dealership again. I never even got so much as and apology for the horrible service. More
If I would have completed this survey right after I received my vehicle back from service, the ratings would have been different. The service I received on my vehicle was not acceptable. However, the F received my vehicle back from service, the ratings would have been different. The service I received on my vehicle was not acceptable. However, the Feldman team stepped up and made things right, which is why the ratings are 10/10. Taking accountability and acknowledging that what happened to us needed to be corrected is why I would do business with them again. I brought my vehicle in to get diagnosed to see what the issue was as it was making a noise and the service battery charging station light came on. Prior to taking my vehicle in, I had AutoZone pull up some information for me so that I have something to compare the diagnostic to. After waiting 3 days, I received a call letting me know what the issues were. The type of work that needed to be done on my vehicle was work that we were willing to perform myself. This is when the issues started to unfold. When asked for a report of the diagnosis, I was not given one. I was allowed to take a picture of the brief handwriting that was on my paper but no details about what was discovered were present. I was not given one because there was no report to give. The technician did not write up one. Additionally, I asked several times if my battery was physically checked. Because I had that code pop up, I wanted to make sure the actual battery was checked and not just the charging station. My battery is located behind the passengers seat and not under the hood so technicians do not always know to check there. I was assured it was checked several time and so I took the vehicle home. At this point, I had planned to never return back to this organization. When we started to perform the work from the diagnosis on my vehicle, we found that my battery an excessive amount of corrosion, one that was supposedly checked. This resulted in a trip to speak with the GM. Due to this discovery, we were not certain if the diagnosis we received was accurate. We provided photographic proof of the battery, as well as brought it in so that the GM was able to see why we were not happy and had little faith in this organization. After speaking with him and getting the acknowledge that the service provided to us was not acceptable or at a standard that was approved by him, the situation was rectified. At the end of the day, we decided to trade that vehicle in and buy a new one. After speaking with the GM, our experience has been exceptional and everyone has went above and beyond to make sure they are providing a level of service that makes the customer wanting to come back. Thank you Deborah, Pete, Tristian, Howard, and Mark for changing our "will never come back here again" to "when do we get to go back". Additionally, thank you Bill for being a GM that takes the time to listen to the customer, investigate the situation, provide a solution and turn mistakes and errors into a teachable moment. This situation speaks volumes to your leadership and the expectation you have for your organization and employees. Thank you all again. More

I arrived a little bit early and didn't have to wait long for them to take my car in for it's oil change. Deborah was extremely nice and knowledgeable. It took less than an hour and I was able to use a coupo for them to take my car in for it's oil change. Deborah was extremely nice and knowledgeable.
