Worst place, worst employees, worst service, worst of the worst! I leased a Silverado trail boss back in 2019, when the lease was up I decided to buy it out. After everything was said and done I ended up paying more than the original sticker price of the vehicle, after I made 2 years of lease payments. I also purchased the warranty which wasn’t cheap. Then when the back window started leaking when it rained I took it to my local shop who I know all the employees personally, they diagnosed the issue as the seal around the third brake light on the cab, they removed my headliner and found the leak. Unfortunately the warranty company refused to let them fix it so I was forced to take it to Feldman, I told them I believed the leak was coming from that brake light and they said they would check it, but they didn’t. They said the entire back window needed to be replaced and my warranty wouldn’t cover it. When I asked if they removed my headliner they said yes, which was a lie. Then they quickly changed their answer and said that they actually didn’t take the headliner down to investigate the area of my concern…when I explained that another shop diagnosed the problem they laughed and told me not to trust those other shops, and they don’t care what th other mechanics told me. Then they proceeded to charge me a $170 diagnostic fee even though they didn’t do anything. I contacted the service manager and he told me I’m not getting my money back and basically “just deal with it” was his response. Then I emailed the dealership manager and I never got a response. I this place is into rip everyone off, I’m shocked they’re still in business. Catching them in a lie was bittersweet, but nothing ever got done about it. They are criminals. More
