Had car for 12 days, difficulty diagnosing, picked up car and engine light on again on way out of service driveway, took back and had loose wire. Car should be test-driven before given back to customer. Rent and engine light on again on way out of service driveway, took back and had loose wire. Car should be test-driven before given back to customer. Rental car should automatically be given when it’s that long. In the end, car appears to be running correctly now and fixed but not a pleasant experience. Deborah worked with us last day to get a demo car. $750 for a PCV valve is excessive cost! More

The final work was good. But the day I turned my car I was told 2. 2 weeks turned into 3 then 4 and finally 5. Every time I called I got incomplete excuses. I had to call them no one ever called me. I went into the dealership for a oil change. Tech and service advisor were superior on my vehicle. The reason I did not give them a 5 star is because I had a container of Bar oil for my chain saw in th service advisor were superior on my vehicle. The reason I did not give them a 5 star is because I had a container of Bar oil for my chain saw in the bed of my truck. It was there when I went into the building and after service it was gone. I always check the body for any damage that may happen when in the service area. Not a big deal, just passing on. More
