For some time they have used a new appointment system. My appointments take longer now than before they started using that system. Time estimates after you arrive are typically very high. Typically it takes about three times the actual work time to have the vehicle ready. There seems to be no benefit to having an appointment system versus a first come first serve system. My last oil change took 1 hour and 47 minutes. Quality of repairs and work by the mechanics has been good. More
