Overall been treaty nicely, however a little disappointed in not having work completed for having the car for 10 days. They have been accommodating, picked up and delivered vehicle. But when I am purchasing a high end luxury vehicle I expect 5 star service like I am use to with Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz which I do not believe they have achieved. I went into the dealership for a oil change. Tech and service advisor were superior on my vehicle. The reason I did not give them a 5 star is because I had a container of Bar oil for my chain saw in th service advisor were superior on my vehicle. I always check the body for any damage that may happen when in the service area. Not a big deal, just passing on. More

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change on my 2011 Corvette approximately 10 days prior to yesterday's visit. On my arrival, I approached the service desk indicating I was here for my 10:15 appointme Corvette approximately 10 days prior to yesterday's visit. On my arrival, I approached the service desk indicating I was here for my 10:15 appointment (I was 15 minutes early). After giving my name, I was told I did not have an appointment and service was quite busy. I told the service advisor I was called the day before to confirm my appointment at the Novi store which I did. The service advisor then told me it would be about an hour an fifteen minutes for the oil change. I waited on the bench outside the service area for the work to be completed. At 11:30, I decided to inquire if my car was ready, but I could not locate the advisor. I went back to the bench and made a phone call to move my noon appointment back to 12:30 since it was taking longer than expected for the oil change. At 11.45, now 90 minutes after arriving at the dealership, I again went to look for my service advisor. He was not in the service area. I asked another service advisor to please check on my vehicle. He told me it would be ready shortly. Needless to say my frustration level was growing. Finally, at noon I went back into service and a lady at the service desk was completing my paperwork and invoice. She walked me to the cashier for my $111.00 two hour oil change. On the way to my car the initial service advisor that wrote my order was now back at his desk. When I initially brought the vehicle into service, I mentioned to him I needed a screw for the inside cowling of the left front fender of my Corvette. He took a look at it and said he would check. On my way out I asked If he had the screw. He told me he did not, but would have it when I brought my vehicle back for a warranty repair. I'm sure you can understand how this added to my frustration. It was only a screw, but I'm sure he didn't check. I spent 40 years in the service business. We assisted approximately 17,000 customers per day and we treated each one as if they were the only one that day. Someone at Feldman should have provided me an update during the time I was at the dealership. I should not have had to ask several times. Personal interaction and showing a customer he or she is valued creates repeat business. There are a number of Chevrolet dealers in the metro Detroit area. I chose Feldman yesterday. Not sure I will do that again. More

The last 2 times I have had my car serviced when I get there to pick up my car it has not been where I was told it should be. Have to come back in to service find someone to help me to find my car.
