Feldman Chevrolet of New Hudson has been consistently providing me with an excellent experience for the last 3 years. Despite the necessity of a major repair, Deborah Springer provided me with the absolute best customer service experience I’ve had at this dealership yet. She treated me like someone from her own family from the minute I brought my truck in, right up to the moment she gave me the keys when I returned to pick it up. Deborah was very knowledgeable, and maintained excellent communication with me anytime there was an update or whenever I had a question, which is an area many other service centers fall short on. I felt 100% confident leaving my Silverado in Deb’s hands, and she absolutely delivered.
