Waited since May to get parts for my car because they were not ordered correctly, missing a part. Austen stated he would overnight the part and it took two more weeks. I dropped my truck off on a Friday morning and was told I probably would get it back Monday well Monday came and went and never heard anything I’ve told them to many times to mention that I need a big car th probably would get it back Monday well Monday came and went and never heard anything I’ve told them to many times to mention that I need a big car they gave me the smallest thing they had I have a bad back and it’s hard for me to get into a small car I’m a big guy that’s why I have a big truck there were 2 suvs sitting there and I told him again I needed a bigger loaner you would think he could have switched them so back to the truck I went by there on Sunday and it was still out in the lot I tried to get ahold of some buddy on Tuesday and was told that the girl handling my truck was out on emergency leave so that was ok but some buddy else should have taken over so Wednesday I get ahold of Pete and he says he will look into it and get back to me and he did the service manager was supposed to get ahold of me but he was off on Wednesday very poor customer service so Pete tells me they finally looked at it and it needs new tires so I said ok but I need it back Thursday because I’m leaving on vacation on Saturday so he said no problem we’ll you guessed it problem they did not come in so I finally get it back and I had them put new wiper blades on well it was raining the next day I turn the wipers on and the driver side blade flew off I was not happy so I had to rig it to get to the dealer also forgot to mention the low air. Preassure indicator came on with new tires that was not good either so was told it would take a hour and that’s not right should have taken it right in since it was there screw up probably took 45 minutes the good thing I can say was Pete was the good guy in all this he called when he said he would and got it back to me but overall very disappointed in the service and loaner car More

Scheduling the appointment was easy, and they took my vehicle on time. We pre-paid for the oil change package and I noted on the invoice The car should have also been washed before returning it. This also happened when I purchased the vehicle and it was not new vehicle prepped for us. I even brought it back a second time and after three hours was told no one was available to complete the work. We were contacted after the initial experience and told we would be contacted to have the car brought in for new car prep, no call ever came and we finally gave up and took the plastic off ourselves.We’re just like to see the follow up. Otherwise, a fine dealership. More

We had our oil changed and tires rotated. We drove the truck for three days and then hitched it to our new fifth wheel and went to Frankenmuth. When we returned we heard a strange sound coming from the r truck for three days and then hitched it to our new fifth wheel and went to Frankenmuth. When we returned we heard a strange sound coming from the rear tire on the driver's side. My husband decided to check our tires. He discovered 3 lug nuts missing from the passenger side rear tire and one from the passenger side front. He then decided to check to see if loose lug nuts could be making the noise. All eight of them on the driver's side were loose. Once he tightened them the noise was gone. He is much more patient than I am because I was extremely upset and would have been screaming at the manager. We were driving 65 mph down the road with a vehicle and fifth wheel that cost more than our house and we only had 5/8 of the lug nuts on one rear tire and all of them loose on the other rear tire, plus one missing on the front passenger side. I'm amazed we are alive to tell the story. This isn't the first time this has happened. The following story is why we choose to go to the New Hudson location. We went to the Novi Feldman location the last time and they didn't tighten down the lug nuts on the drivers front tire. My husband was in Circleville Ohio when he discovered that problem and he took it into the dealership and they charged him $116. (diagnostic fee) to tighten the lug nuts that another dealership had left loose. If you choose to have work done at any Feldman location check to see if your lug nuts are tight. It may save your life! More
