Love the dealership, but service leaves a little to be desired. Paid $177.00 for "maintenance" on a car that is two years old and has 26,000 miles. I guess Warranty of "bumper to bumper" does not apply t desired. Paid $177.00 for "maintenance" on a car that is two years old and has 26,000 miles. I guess Warranty of "bumper to bumper" does not apply to fuel injectors. After service I discovered "marks" on driver's seat. They told me the marks were there when I brought the car in. No, they were not. They took the car to detailing to get them off, however marks are somewhat still there. Free car wash only gets the side and front of car. Back of car was not touched. Had to take the car to a car wash to finish the job. Dealership I love, service not so much. More

I pulled in, greeted with a smile from Deborah and truck was promptly looked at and drove to service area.
