Feldman Chevrolet of New Hudson has been consistently providing me with an excellent experience for the last 3 years. When my transmission blew out a few weeks ago, I brought it in to get checked out. De providing me with an excellent experience for the last 3 years. When my transmission blew out a few weeks ago, I brought it in to get checked out. Despite the necessity of a major repair, Deborah Springer provided me with the absolute best customer service experience I’ve had at this dealership yet. She treated me like someone from her own family from the minute I brought my truck in, right up to the moment she gave me the keys when I returned to pick it up. Deborah was very knowledgeable, and maintained excellent communication with me anytime there was an update or whenever I had a question, which is an area many other service centers fall short on. I felt 100% confident leaving my Silverado in Deb’s hands, and she absolutely delivered. As a result of my positive experience, I will continue patronizing Feldman Chevrolet of New Hudson for the foreseeable future. Waited since May to get parts for my car because they were not ordered correctly, missing a part. Austen stated he would overnight the part and it took two more weeks. Then stated, I will call you on Tue were not ordered correctly, missing a part. Austen stated he would overnight the part and it took two more weeks. Then stated, I will call you on Tuesday, but no call, so I called on Wednesday. I love the service center at Feldman Novi, Eric, is the best. I dropped my truck off on a Friday morning and was told I probably would get it back Monday well Monday came and went and never heard anything I’ve told them to many times to mention that I need a big car th probably would get it back Monday well Monday came and went and never heard anything I’ve told them to many times to mention that I need a big car they gave me the smallest thing they had I have a bad back and it’s hard for me to get into a small car I’m a big guy that’s why I have a big truck there were 2 suvs sitting there and I told him again I needed a bigger loaner you would think he could have switched them so back to the truck I went by there on Sunday and it was still out in the lot I tried to get ahold of some buddy on Tuesday and was told that the girl handling my truck was out on emergency leave so that was ok but some buddy else should have taken over so Wednesday I get ahold of Pete and he says he will look into it and get back to me and he did the service manager was supposed to get ahold of me but he was off on Wednesday very poor customer service so Pete tells me they finally looked at it and it needs new tires so I said ok but I need it back Thursday because I’m leaving on vacation on Saturday so he said no problem we’ll you guessed it problem they did not come in so I finally get it back and I had them put new wiper blades on well it was raining the next day I turn the wipers on and the driver side blade flew off I was not happy so I had to rig it to get to the dealer also forgot to mention the low air. Preassure indicator came on with new tires that was not good either so was told it would take a hour and that’s not right should have taken it right in since it was there screw up probably took 45 minutes the good thing I can say was Pete was the good guy in all this he called when he said he would and got it back to me but overall very disappointed in the service and loaner car More
