Tom Rollison did a good job at telling me all of the features on my new 2001 Silverado High Country. He set up my blue tooth and my apple play. Oil change was scheduled 5 days out for 8:40 in the morning. Truck was finally ready at 4pm after a couple of phone calls. The wheel lock was out so I assume the tires were rotated, but the tire psi wa morning. Truck was finally ready at 4pm after a couple of phone calls. The wheel lock was out so I assume the tires were rotated, but the tire psi was all over the map. 41 psi LF, 34 FR, 41 LR and 38 RR. The windshield washer fluid was very low and the usual car wash was not performed. If manpower is an issue, then schedule less appointments. More
