Sales person was very good and I am happy with the purchase. I am not happy with the finance person. I tried canceling the maintenance contract the next day by phone and left several messages. I final purchase. I am not happy with the finance person. I tried canceling the maintenance contract the next day by phone and left several messages. I finally drove in. He was very rude, said he never got any calls and told me to look at his phone. He wanted to know why I was canceling it and that it was a bad reason. He then had me follow him to the copy machine, handed me a copy and walked away without a word leaving me standing there. At this time my account still doesn't show a credit I have talked to HMF and Dealers Alliance and neither has received a cancellation. More

Oil change was scheduled 5 days out for 8:40 in the morning. Truck was finally ready at 4pm after a couple of phone calls. The wheel lock was out so I assume the tires were rotated, but the tire psi wa morning. Truck was finally ready at 4pm after a couple of phone calls. The wheel lock was out so I assume the tires were rotated, but the tire psi was all over the map. 41 psi LF, 34 FR, 41 LR and 38 RR. The windshield washer fluid was very low and the usual car wash was not performed. If manpower is an issue, then schedule less appointments. More
