Bad communication about status of truck. At dealer for 2 days. I was the one that had to call multiple times to get status. Not even a call at end of first day. No call at midday of second day. Also, sh days. I was the one that had to call multiple times to get status. Not even a call at end of first day. No call at midday of second day. Also, should not take two full days to replace radio on warranty-covered truck. More

She was a nice gal but implied that 2 services were part of the 45,000 maintenance schedule but were not, Those services were transmissi dealership.
