Bad communication about status of truck. At dealer for 2 days. I was the one that had to call multiple times to get status. Not even a call at end of first day. No call at midday of second day. Also, sh days. I was the one that had to call multiple times to get status. Not even a call at end of first day. No call at midday of second day. Also, should not take two full days to replace radio on warranty-covered truck. More

The whole staff is always very nice and extremely efficient. Everything was ready for me as promised. They kept me informed of the timing for start to finish.
