Not a great experience. The first appointment didn’t happen because of concierge service mixup which wasn’t figured out until the day of the appointment. Second attempt took a week to get a tire replac happen because of concierge service mixup which wasn’t figured out until the day of the appointment. Second attempt took a week to get a tire replaced and detailing done. The service person talked like he was doing me a favor replacing a defective tire with 2000 miles on it. Detailing mixup due to winter new car purchase with promise of detailing in the summer that wasn’t on file. Not 5 star as I was hoping with a new car. More
