Our sales rep Ryan was absolutely fabulous, but when we got my car (bought online out of state) it was disgustingly dirty. All my questions were not answered at the 3 visits I made with my Traverse High Country. My wife went on line to a U Tube tutorial and all of our questions were answered . the U tube tutorial showed a st with my Traverse High Country. My wife went on line to a U Tube tutorial and all of our questions were answered . the U tube tutorial showed a step by step direction to answer our questions for our problem. Sometimes the owners manual is NOT the best way for some customers to understand solving the problem. We needed someone to physically stand by and direct us on how to resolve our 8 way seat reset problem. I know the Covid does not allow close contact. I would suggest that the owner sit in the drivers seat out in the parking lot and a service person be on the other side of the car with the passenger door open giving directions for how to reset the drivers seat setting, or have a Tablet with the tutorial showing the customer step by step how to do the seat reset with a service rep helping along. Perhaps my husband was not clear enough on what our problem was and that resulted in the 3 visit that did not resolve our problem. In the future , PERHAPS my suggestion of a Tablet with a tutorial along with the service rep could resolve some of the simplest questions that customer have. More
Price went up a lot on all services since new ownership. They didn’t wash my car until I requested to do so before pick up.
