We scheduled an appointment to have the oil changed and tires rotated. We were told that they needed 2 hours to complete this service in addition to a "recall notice" that was on our vehicle. Rather than stay with the vehicle we changed our plans to leave it there. Imagine our surprise when they called us 40 minutes later to tell us the oil change was complete but they could not do the recall as they did not have the correct parts in stock. Now we have to return another time for the "recall" repair. Also, the car wash has been "broken" for over a month. The Feldman "Cares" or "VIP" key badge is worthless. More

Pre-Scheduled appointment for Saturday March 13, 2021 8:00am. Vehicle was dropped off with a Jessica Friday at 17:30. Assumed service was complete when I arrived in at 9:30 Saturday. Was told by service 8:00am. Vehicle was dropped off with a Jessica Friday at 17:30. Assumed service was complete when I arrived in at 9:30 Saturday. Was told by service rep service was complete just needed to finish paperwork. 10 minutes later was informed car was not touched. Basically had to wait for my service when in fact that was what I was trying to avoid. Hence why I scheduled and dropped off night prior. I inquired to why this happened and was told it was due to how the order was entered into the system and only one mechanic was available. Very disappointing and disruptive of my Saturday morning. More
