I have a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I leased from Telegraph Chrysler Jeep. At time of delivery I was promised a free first oil change/service. I went to get my free oil change and was turned away. Turns out that the only people that remembered that promise were Jef Pendo and Steve Sanker but they no longer work for Telegraph Chrysler Jeep. They now work for Feldman Chevrolet in New Hudson. Jef, Steve and the service team at Feldman Chevrolet invited me over and treated me to that free first oil change/service. They went way out their way and to say that I'm impressed is an understatement. These guys stepped up and made good on a verbal agreement made at a dealership they no longer worked at. That's incredible if you ask me. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! More
