Feldman Chevrolet of New Hudson - Service Center

Jessica (in service) is the only reason I did not drive the car through the window. My car has been in service for almost 2 months of the 12 months I have owned it. The correct thing would have been to have the dealer/sales manager buy the car back from me and look to maintain my business by moving me into another vehicle. A lateral sale for the deal upfront but a profitable sale in the future from a customer who buys big SUVs every 3 years...but this is car sales and these people jump in and out of these jobs overnight. It just doesn't seem like a long term relationship building career for most. I have purchased 16 cars in my lifetime and I have never given a negative review before...this was just a horrible situation all around. Nothing was done out of malice but more so out of lack of caring/trying. More

they did the work i wanted and ordered tires ahead of time , so i did not have to wait good , but when they jacked up the car to change the front tires they bashed in the torque boxes to some degree - i time , so i did not have to wait good , but when they jacked up the car to change the front tires they bashed in the torque boxes to some degree - i sent an email to write up person with photos and also a text - dont believe they ever got back with me ( i am just an old guy i actually keep my car a long time not lease a new one every 2 years - this is not done anymore ) If you are just leasing you dont care what happens to it as long as you are not charged at turn in More
