Since we got our lease, its been a headache. From the beginning we were told that the truck we wanted would be at the dealership the next morning, I drove there and it wasn't there! I had already paid and signed papers for a 2021 Traverse and it's not even what we got! Four days later, the manager put me in a 2020 Traverse and knocked off $20.00 off the monthly payment saying there were more "bells and whistles" The car only has leather, no heated steering wheel, like the one I wanted, and no laser cut mats. We have been so patient and nice with the staff but that apparently that gets you nowhere with them, only taken advantage of I guess. We have had it already serviced, after having the truck for two days. I got a loner then after a few days after getting the car back found something else wrong with it. We need it serviced again and they said they will order the part and call us, its been almost 2 weeks. Not to mention our salesman said that they lost my credit card information! My other lease goes back Jan 2021 and planned on getting a truck from our salesman, and also told my brother who needs a new lease as well, but after being lied to repeatedly and conned into getting a truck from them that wont happen. They also asked us to leave a good review, which we actually did at first, like a couple of idiots! I can say so much more but that does no good. We will be contacting a manager or someone above him. For a first time experience with Feldman this has been a rotten one! More
