Not one of their better days. This is not the closest dealer to me but I drive the extra distance because in the past it has been worth it. Maybe they were short staffed this week. I dropped my vehicle dealer to me but I drive the extra distance because in the past it has been worth it. Maybe they were short staffed this week. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning to get new tires and was advised it would be 2-3 hours. By 5:30pm I had called multiple times to get a status but couldn’t get in touch with anybody and received no response to my messages. After I finally was able to talk with a service manager suddenly the vehicle was ready. A little communication would have improved this situation. More
