Service was below par from my last time. Do not know if they checked the tire pressure, rotated the tires, or checked the fluid levels. No paperwork given. They usually wash the car, not this time. Service experience was good and tech pleasant. The service centers I’ve used prior to Feldmans have always washed the exterior of the car when work was completed. Brought our suburban in for an engine issue not knowing what the problem was. Service team was very helpful in diagnosing the issue and performing needed repairs. Got it back running like new and its g what the problem was. Service team was very helpful in diagnosing the issue and performing needed repairs. Got it back running like new and its got 117,000 miles on it. The whole process took two days and the loaner car was a new 2021 suburban which was really nice as well. No inconvenience at all keeping our vehicle for 2 days. More
