Kevin (Service Advisor) was great to work with (5 stars to him). The mechanic was a slob, oily hand and footprints on my truck that I just had detailed...and more below. Diesel Particulate Filter Regen Freq (warranty recall) Rear Window Defroster Thermal Events (warranty recall) Diesel Engine Block Heater Cord (warranty recall) Recall for engine block heater- On my way home the Coolant Level Low, Add Coolant notification came up. I checked the reservoir and it was empty so I bought some coolant and filled it to the full line. The service notification continued to come up. So far I have added a full gallon of coolant after the engine block heater service and I don't know if I'll need to add more or not. There is a proper way to provide this service and evidently this mechanic didn't follow the proper coolant refill procedure because I can't believe you would send a vehicle back to the customer and expect them to finish your job. Very disappointing. I was offered a free oil change in the future. I'm not looking for a freebee, I would just like to have the job done right the first time. More

He is efficient, courteous, professional, and always keeps me in the loop as to what’s going on with my truck, even when I’ve had to leave it overnight (which is an area where a lot of other service centers fall short).
