Diesel Particulate Filter Regen Freq (warranty recall) Rear Window Defroster Thermal Events (warranty recall) Diesel Engine Block Heater Cord (warranty recall) Recall for engine block heater- On my way home the Coolant Level Low, Add Coolant notification came up. I checked the reservoir and it was empty so I bought some coolant and filled it to the full line. The service notification continued to come up. So far I have added a full gallon of coolant after the engine block heater service and I don't know if I'll need to add more or not. There is a proper way to provide this service and evidently this mechanic didn't follow the proper coolant refill procedure because I can't believe you would send a vehicle back to the customer and expect them to finish your job. Very disappointing. I was offered a free oil change in the future. I'm not looking for a freebee, I would just like to have the job done right the first time. More
