This dealership requires you make an appointment which is certainly understandable. However when you make an appointment don't expect that to mean anything. I was scheduled for a 745 oil change and tire rota certainly understandable. However when you make an appointment don't expect that to mean anything. I was scheduled for a 745 oil change and tire rotation. At 900 I asked if there was some sort of hold up and was told it would be right out. At 920 my vehicle was finally returned to me. There was no indication during the entirety of the hour and 35 minute service what was taking so long. I was told after complaining that they had some staffing challenges. What would have been helpful would have been a reasonable estimation of completion time. Demanding an appointment and then taking 3 to 4 times longer than necessary with no communication is abhorrent customer service. One would think that the least the company would do would be to run the vehicle through the onsite car wash but even that wasn't done. All in all poor customer service. More
