However, my experience with purchasing my brand new vehicle has been disappointing to say the least. I purchase the vehicle mid-June and I was told my vehicle would be ready for pickup mid-July. It did come mid-July, but only to Melvindale, MI. It then sat for 3 weeks in Melvindale, which is only an hour away from the dealership in New Hudson, before I could pick it up. Not necessarily the dealerships fault, but still someone's fault within GM. Then after receiving the vehicle our phones would not connect to the infotainment system. Since then I have had multiple conversations and trips to the dealership to solve this problem. Even left the vehicle with them for 2 days only to find out it needs to have the radio replaced and it will take 2 to 3 weeks to just receive the new radio. Who knows how long it will take to actually install. This will cause me to spend more time to bring the vehicle to them and wait to have them install it. What a hassle and time wasted with this purchase. Constantly being without a vehicle and having to run back and forth to the dealership is a pain that they don't seem to even care about in the least, and for which, no compensation has been offered for this less than acceptable service. Not even a loner vehicle while I'm without this brand new car. More
