I will never be purchasing a car from Feldman again because of the after sales service in their body shop. Actually, I am purchasing another new car this month for my daughter, but Feldman will not be because of the after sales service in their body shop. The collision center manager was horrific. He lied to me, treated me with total disrespect and covered up their mistakes. This experience affects my decision on where to buy a car and they just lost a sale, literally, this week. More
Came in for oil change, had an appt. waited 2 hours for oil change. Also when making appt talked with paint & collision dept. asked for an appt to give me an estimate on a dent repair a waited 2 hours for oil change. First, the serviceman could not find my appointment and said they were short staffed and I would have to leave my car until tomorrow. I was handed the keys and told that my car was out in the back lot. I went out and couldn't find my car. So I walked back in when an employee on break helped me locate it. It was way down at the furthest end of the lot. I was not happy, and will never go to that dealership again. More

Ordered new vehicle that sat in Flint for almost two months for unknown reason. Was sent to Indiana for repair. Then finally got to dealership but I cannot have it because no one is there to prep it. Be months for unknown reason. Was sent to Indiana for repair. Then finally got to dealership but I cannot have it because no one is there to prep it. Been at the dealership almost a week and I cannot have the keys. Apparently the prep guy quit and no one else can do the job. Of course no one can even explain what prep is. More
