Recently I had very bad experience with service dept. They doesn't know how to handle their customers especially when customer was talking about concerns, service staff was not ready to spend even 1-2min They doesn't know how to handle their customers especially when customer was talking about concerns, service staff was not ready to spend even 1-2mins of his time to listen. I didn't receive proper status update during my car parked at body shop center to fix the issues. I called nearly 5-6 times in two days to service dept to get to know the car status but not received proper response. More

Service department is a joke. Made an appointment to get my vehicle looked at, which took almost 2 weeks. Took it in at 7am and by 4pm they hadn't touched it.
