Even though my experience was not the best, only due to the fact the truck was filthy and damaged when it was delivered to me. What made the experience much better was the that the General Manager (William Fohey) got personally engaged and saw to it that the damage on the truck was repaired and the vehicle was cleaned as it should have been originally. William did a great job of keeping me informed every step of the way. Even though the condition of the truck upon delivery was completely avoidable, Williams involvement made the experience much better. More

I dropped my car off for a scheduled service appointment for a warranty repair. After a day and a half they had not even done the diagnostic evaluation. I was told that my car had to sit there for days unti for a warranty repair. After a day and a half they had not even done the diagnostic evaluation. I was told that my car had to sit there for days until someone was free to check it and I would need to rent a car in the meantime. I was in contact with the dealership multiple times the following day and shared that I needed my vehicle and told them what time I would be there. When I arrived, they told me that my car had just been put up on a hoist, so I had to wait for them to take it down. Poor communication all around and really disappointing. I made an appointment at another dealership and my car was checked out at the scheduled appointment time and fixed in less than an hour. More
