Waste of time! I set up an appointment that took 3 weeks to even get for a recall. The day of appt I dropped my vehicle off at 8:45am , called at 2:30pm to see when I set up an appointment that took 3 weeks to even get for a recall. The day of appt I dropped my vehicle off at 8:45am , called at 2:30pm to see when it would be done after getting the run around they finally admitted to me when I called back at 4 pm that they were backed up and haven't even started it. The advisor said it wouldn't be done today and they should of told me when it was dropped off this morning that it wasn't going to be looked at today. I'm so livid, not only did they have my vehicle all day and do absolutely nothing, they knew that was the situation when I dropped it off and failed to mention it!!!! I took my keys and left, I guess I will have to go to a different dealership for this recall! More

After looking at a Chrysler 200 (which was a smaller car than I wanted but I thought I would be able to afford), I happened to mention to Chuck that I've been wanting a bright red car but still liked the features of my old minivan.
