Never explained features at delivery (still need to figure out my child locks, just realized I can use Bluetooth with my phone for music/was told the car had the universal garage opener and it doesnt/wasnt explained what wrap-around coverage actually entails (not tires and on a 45k lease seemed like an expensive after thought to mention my tires should be good for 30/40k and then Ill have to replace them/wasnt even told the gasoline/E85 that the car accepts and leaving on 1/4 of a tank I feel that should have been a give in/almost left without insurance copy being given to me). This was my first car in my name for me and felt rushed out the door as soon as my papers were signed instead of excited and given proper explanations and time. The finance guy could barely get my name right let alone give me one focused10 minute phone call to discuss my tier and terms. Went from an A+ experience initially to maybe a C come delivery day. More

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE The service desk associates are nothing but rude. I first called in for service for them to say they have nothing available for months. After they re The service desk associates are nothing but rude. I first called in for service for them to say they have nothing available for months. After they realized I was not happy with this answer, although I understand when places are busy, but months?! They call 10 minutes later saying they have an opening in a month. Once I get there, I walk in and the receptionists are sitting (facing the door I came through) looking at their computer and then doing paperwork while one is talking to another associate and I'm not being acknowledged AT ALL. Once I talk to one, I mention an additional problem and state "I'm not sure if this is covered under my warranty but I have been having a slow leak on my right rear tire and have to put air in it every couple days. It's been like this since I purchased it 6 months ago". I was told it possibly wasn't sealed on the rim. He then asks me if I checked to see if I have a nail in it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR SERVICE OR TIME OF DAY. More

I had made an APPOINTMENT to sign the papers and pickup my new vehicle. The appointment was set for 3pm, my husband and I arrived early. The salesman, once found, explained it would be a little bit, they had ONE person ahead of me in the finance office. No problem, we took a seat. After 45 minutes I was getting frustrated, after an hour I asked how much longer? Just a few minutes was the reply. Long story short, TWO hours after arriving we were lead into the office to sign. Once in the office it took all of TEN minutes. No "real" apologies. They knew how upset I was, no offer of any kind with the exception of old coffee. By the time we were handed the keys I didn't want anything to do with the dealership. To top all of this off, I get a call the next day asking we "stop by" and sign more papers because they dated them wrong!!!! Really? Didn't fill my gas tank on pickup, and now you want me to drive back???? We did, and then the salesman wasn't even there! UGH....so done. Sad part is, had they offered to fill my tank, or something...anything, I probably would have been satisfied. Don't take appointments if you can keep them. More

Learn how to talk to people I stopped in to test drive a 2008 Jeep Liberty I saw online. The vehicle was not running properly (it sputtered horribly). When I returned from the test drive I was told the vehicle would be sent in for service however if I was interested in it I needed to apply for financing and determine a pick up date. I informed them I would not do so until I test drove the vehicle after it was serviced. I received a call the following Monday at 4 p.m. informing me that the plugs had gotten water in them when they washed the engine, and they replaced 4 of the 6 plugs so it was ready. I let them know I would not be able to test drive the vehicle until Tuesday. I received a call on Tuesday that the sales person would be out all day, so I did not bother to go to the dealership. On Wednesday I received 5 calls between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. regarding the test drive. When I was finally able to answer the call and told him I had reservations about the vehicle and choose to pass at this time I was told I "wasted his time". Will not be buying anything from this dealership! More
