I was shopping for a new lease as my current one is almost up and I was provided with information for Casey. Although I did not follow through with the purchase ( personal reasons) Casey was AMAZING. h almost up and I was provided with information for Casey. Although I did not follow through with the purchase ( personal reasons) Casey was AMAZING. he is SO helpful and flexible. He even went so far as being able to text me opposed to phone call or meeting in person. His customer service is exceptional 5/5 , would recommend him to anyone. More

Dishonest to the core I would give 0 stars if possible, went in with approved credit walked out with 11 unauthorized hard inquiries 18 point credit score drop and no vehicl I would give 0 stars if possible, went in with approved credit walked out with 11 unauthorized hard inquiries 18 point credit score drop and no vehicle! They stated they couldn't access the original approved app because of "so called computer issues" they needed me to submit another application. (In retrospect this was a blatant lie). I agreed to one more app and explicitly stated on three occasions one more app only! nothing more! this seemed fishy but they were in the middle of a remodel. My fault for taking there word. I gave them the benefit of doubt (Huge Mistake) They knowingly deployed a dishonest tactic. By agreeing to this so called needed additional app you consent to your credit app being placed in a lender pool the banks just run your credit at will. Its called "shotguning" Is it legal? Yes. Is it common practice? Yes its common! Reputable dealers will advise or ask you for consent before doing this! Bad dealerships lie or mislead. Use extreme caution when dealing with this place. Very dishonest, no integrity, no accountability, no professionalism. They knowingly and blatantly mislead, lied and did what i specifically asked them not to do. I couldn't have possibly been more clear to them. One Credit pull only! I had approval before i walked in the door. Cannot rap my head around this. In 2019 dealership's are still employing these miss leading, dishonest buisness practices. A guaranteed sale turned into this mess! Please go to another dealership Downriver!! Stay clear of Feldman's formerly Mcinerney of Woodhaven. Now i will be spending week's making phone calls to bank's, filling disputes with credit agencies in the hopes i can get some of these removed. Its highly unlikely i will have any luck! More

Big Horn Crew Cab We had a great experience when we came in looking to compare price/options/trade in value to try and get out of our Silverado double cab and into a cr We had a great experience when we came in looking to compare price/options/trade in value to try and get out of our Silverado double cab and into a crew cab. We were carrying a good amount of negative equity with the Chevy so RJ knew we were planning on shopping around but he listened to what we were looking to get and a price range we were shooting for and pulled up three trucks you had on the lot and got us exactly what we were looking for. We decided we didn't need to look elsewhere 100% due to RJs salesmanship. This was the first time I've sat down in any dealership and didn't have someone try and upsell me or talk to me like they knew what I needed better than I do. As long as this guy's working here you have our business. More
