Derek sold me a Chevy truck, he screwed up the sale I wound up paying sales tax on 11,000 instead of 8,000 which was the price of my truck, in ma you pay sales tax on the base price not interest. I asked for parts to be fixed before I purchased the truck. I was told they were fixed and to come back to purchase the truck noting was fixed. I bought the truck and called several times to get it Fixed, Derek and bob wouldn't give me a straight answer or return my calls, I finally got a day to bring it up. A week later I was told it was fixed come pick it up. Nothing was fixed when I got there one being the E-brake which it failed inspection For Two weeks before. However when I picked It up it had a good inspection sticker on it. I brought it back. To the original inspection station I went to and it failed again. I'm trying to return it still for a complete Refund since it failed the lemon law. Fenway Auto, 495 auto, kalil motors are all fraudulent companies and owned by the same person. Robert kalil. I was to receive a call in reference to defect, pertaining to new sticker. No call and no concern of the defect. Be very careful when dealing with these guys. They proved themselves to me to be the next closest thing to Classic xxxxxxxx / Con Artists. They are the type of guys that make honest used car dealers look bad themselves to me to be the next closest thing to Classic xxxxxxxx / Con Artists. Ads State: "100% serviced & gauranteed" The above statement is totally untrue (when I asked them what they serviced on the vehicle I was looking at...they did not have a clue, nor did they have receipts to backup the claimed 1100 worth of work that they claimed to have performed) Ads State: Some prices may reflect two thousand dollars cash or trade. The above statement is totally untrue (All prices reflect 2,000 lower in the ad to pitch you to their location. From there they do the bait and switch, play on words, and classic smoke and mirror tactics) In Person: I got 3 different claims from them stating the cost of the vehicle I was looking at. 1st started at "the truck costs us 9300", than I was told 8700, than it went down to costing them 8300.
