Called General Motors to file complaint and was told then that there was other options. I did end up calling and leaving a message for the General Manager at Ferguson, which he did return my call the next day as promised when he returned to work, he had a loaner car for me same day, which was awesome! I should have been given that type of service when I originally called to book an appointment and spoke with the actual service manager. Now about the actual warranty work preformed I would expect the undercarriage to be cleaned of oil, oil filter changed since oil had to be changed for type of service provided, sticker put in window for next oil change and oil life reset, also no multipoint inspection provided. This is a mediocre dealership for service. Bob Moore and Fowler Toyota provide better quality service. More

My car has been making sounds for awhile. I have taken it in twice and both times they have tried to convince me they can’t even hear the sounds. I finally had to have a friend (who is a male I have taken it in twice and both times they have tried to convince me they can’t even hear the sounds. I finally had to have a friend (who is a male) take it in for them to take me seriously. He had to argue with them til they admitted they can hear the sounds now. They still don’t know what is causing it and are just going to wait on something to happen since it is running okay. I have no other complaints. Everyone is nice and the people I have talked to on the phone have been helpful. I love my car and my salesman was good. More
