I love Ferman BMW! The air duct pipe on my 335is suddenly gave out. Even though my vehicle is out of warranty, Ferman BMW replaced it at no cost the day after I dropped The air duct pipe on my 335is suddenly gave out. Even though my vehicle is out of warranty, Ferman BMW replaced it at no cost the day after I dropped it off for no charge! Although I purchased my vehicle at Ferman BMW, I haven't used their service center since I actually live closer to a different BMW service center. I will definitely be visiting Ferman BMW from now on for my service needs. Thanks again Ferman BMW! More

recall work on power steering The work took longer the promised. Thankfully we were given a loaner mini but had no instructions on the operation of the car. When I asked how to operate everything we were told "IT WORKS LIKE ANY OTHER CAR". There were featured that were not in our existing Mini (2002 model) and since their was no manual in the car we have no idea what the switches or other items did. When asked the answer from the transportation department certainly should not what we hear and an actual informative answer should be given. More
