My issues returned days after they were "fixed" Ferman BMW was the nicest dealership I have ever been to. My problems are from the service I received. After paying over $400 for my two car issues to Ferman BMW was the nicest dealership I have ever been to. My problems are from the service I received. Not sure why they failed to be fixed, but I had to return again to another dealership location to have my car issues resolved. More
