Was told to go into waiting area and someone would be with me in a few minutes. 40 minutes later service man came over to me. I understood this recall would take about an hour. Took an hour and one half. I was actually there for 2 hours. I had a doctor’s appointment and rushed to get there. Perhaps a better estimate on time. More
