Always friendly, professional and greet you right away. The Ferman on 54 are top notch dealerships (GMC and Dodge/Chrysler). From the sale to the service, I have never had a bad experience at either dealership. In fact, I even have my other make vehicle (Chevrolet Tahoe) serviced at the GMC dealership. They are always professional and very accommodating. I've tried other dealerships but always end up back at Ferman on 54. More
