He simply explained the features and benefits and offered us a test drive. After we drove the truck we loved it and he offered to quote us. He provided us with updates and the process was very fast but never pressured. He provided us with snacks and drinks while the numbers were ran and came back with figures that were in line with what we had asked for. He was top notch from the very beginning and is a true asset. He is not a salesperson but a relationship builder. We looked at another GMC dealer (DIck Norris) and they provided us with no information. I will make the drive back to Ferman to see Ron before I will go anywhere else. More

Prior to the deal being struck, there was a bit of a 'cat and mouse' game going on but for the most part that was to be expected. All in all, my car buying experience was good and I would certainly consider buying my future vehicles from your dealership. I will recommend your dealership to anyone I know who is in the market of buying a vehicle. Job well done. More

Salesman Danny was pleasant and communicated with me mainly via text to confirm stock, etc. Sales managers undervalued my trade significantly. Dick Norris, Ed Morse, and Eagle GMC had all offered me in the neighborhood of 21,500-22,500 for my trade - which is a bit low considering cars with more miles and not as pristine condition are listed at dealerships currently for 28-29k. Ferman offered me 18,500. So assuming that Ferman GMC was going to list my car accordingly they were trying to make almost $10k dollars off my trade. That is insane. I imagine if you aren't trading something they might try to get extra points on your interest rate to get additional profit that way. I won't do business with them and suggest that if you are in the process of trading something in to them get a few other appraisals just in case they are doing the same thing to you. More
